Dear Fans of The Polliwogs Family,

We would like to announce that with effect from 1 June 2018, Waka Waka by The Polliwogs will be operating under its own independent management and hence, no longer be a part of The Polliwogs Family.

It will continue to operate as Waka Waka located at annex@Furama with the same professionally trained staff to look after your kids.

While we are sad to see Waka Waka leaving The Polliwogs group of brands, rest assured that there will be minimal disruption to our customers. We ensure our fans will continue to enjoy the facilities and services at both brands.

Value Play Passes bought by customers from either The Polliwogs centres or Waka Waka by The Polliwogs before 1 June 2018, will continue to be honored at both brands until their expiry, subject to the necessary surcharge as per the terms and conditions at the time of sales.  Passes bought on or after 1 June 2018 will only be valid at the respective brands.

Parents who have booked parties to be conducted at Waka Waka by The Polliwogs after 1 June 2018 will be contacted by the relevant staff within the next 3 days to ensure a smooth transition to the Waka Waka team at annex@Furama, with no change in the parties’ terms and conditions at the time of booking.

  1. I’ve booked a party package which is happening after 1 June 2018.  What will happen to it?

Not to worry, we will definitely be honoring the booking that you have made. Our staff will be contacting you soon to discuss about your party booking.

  1. I am a VPP holder and I bought it at Waka Waka before 1 June 2018 – Is it still valid?

Yes, we have made arrangements such that your Waka Waka by The Polliwogs VPP will be honoured at Waka Waka at annex@Furama until its expiry or when you visit credits are exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

Waka Waka VPP bought on or after 1 June 2018, will not be accepted at any of The Polliwogs Centres.

  1. I am a VPP holder bought at The Polliwogs (Suntec/ Vivo City/ East Point) – Is it still valid?

Yes, your VPP and all its privileges will continue to be valid at all The Polliwogs Centres as usual.  In addition, Waka Waka at annex@Furama will continue to accept and offer the “top-up entry” option for The Polliwogs VPP bought before 1 June 2018 until its expiry or when you visit credits are exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.

VPPs bought on or after 1 June 2018 will not be accepted at Waka Waka at annex@ Furama.

  1. I would like to make a party booking. Where do I go to see the details and to place a booking?
