Party Terms & Conditions
- Selected birthday party package includes a specific number of children (including the birthday child). Any additional party guest / absentee guests will be charged according to the stated party package price for additional children.
- ALL Guests (children and adults) MUST wear socks to access The Polliwogs.
- Party e-invitation will be ready within 5 working days.
- A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit is payable to confirm the online booking. No downgrading of party packages is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- Usage of the party room is for 2 hours only. We seek your kind understanding & co-operation to allow the staff to prepare the room for the next birthday child at the end of your party.
- We seek your co-operation to confirm the guest list at least 1 week to the party.
- Catered food, as per NEA Regulations, must be consumed during the party period. Any leftovers taken home is consumed at the customers’ discretion. Takeaway containers will not be provided.
- Outside pinata are allowed BUT with no Confetti or Glitter. No party poppers are allowed.
- NO outside entertainers and vendors are allowed for the event. All entertainers will be arranged by The Polliwogs with our approved list of vendors. The Polliwogs Mascot is subjected to availability.
- We politely request that guests DO NOT arrive earlier than 10mins before the allocated party time.
- All parties will be entitled to 1 room only. Allocation of party rooms is fully at the discretion of The Polliwogs and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice. Should an additional time will be required; Fees will be charged accordingly and will be subjected to availability or first come first serve basis.
- Kindly note that adults entering the premise will be chargeable according to our standard rate as per counter.
